Pro Life - When an egg and sperm unite, the new person has all of the DNA that he or she will ever have. A new life has begun. That life should be protected under the law until natural death.
Fiscal Responsibility - The government should live within its budget. When there is an abundance of tax revenue (within the law including TABOR), what is not needed should be saved. When there is less, budgets will need to be reduced.
Parental Choice in Education - Parents have the right and the responsibility to direct the education of their children. They can delegate that right to others as they see fit, but the final responsibility remains with the parents. Therefore, parental choice in education should be encouraged in the laws of the state of Colorado.
Rule of Law - There are two types of government: the Rule of Law and the Rule of Man. Under the first type the law applies equally to everyone. Under the second certain people are above the law. People are better off with the Rule of Law.
Second Amendment- The Second Amendment of the United States Constitution upholds the right of the people to keep and bear arms. Therefore the right of individual citizens to own and use fire arms for lawful purposes should be supported in state law.
